Just my personal impression: Ber, Jah, Vex, Ohm, Lo maybe.

it would be
Lo,zod,ber,vex,jah

depends on if ladder or non ladder
for non ladder
the desireable ones are ohm vex jah ber
ist mal and um are often valued higher than Lo as there is a total of one runeword that useses Lo and it is rarely used.

for ladder
desireable ones are
Lo Ohm Jah Ber Vex
