I have a Mac Mini Core 1 Duo, Intel GMA 950 Chipset. Here's the problem: When i play fullscreen on battle net, there is definite lag in any game that i play (the lag is not due to the internet connection, i've tested it thoroughly). It lags when i click on "join" and when i click to check my stats, the numbers are black, instead of white, so my stat are unreadable.
When i play in windowed mode, the lag goes away immediately. he oddities i described above also go away, and it plays as it should.
keep in mind that i used to play starcraft at full screen just fine. i just started playing starcraft after a 2 month hiatus after restoring the game from time machine. I suspect it has something to do with the way osx or starcraft is handling the graphic acceleration in full screen, but i cant confirm it. also, I tried the different combination of startup options that starcraft has, but it doesnt fix the problem. Is there any way to fix this?
please let me know.
thanks!!

There isn't really much you can do except making sure you are running the most recent version of OS X (check in the Apple Menu->Software Updates). The drivers packaged in 10.5.3-10.5.5 for the intel chipsets do not support all functions that they should. I'd expect Apple may finally address this issue in 10.5.6, just like they did with the nVidia card in 10.5.5.
You may like to email macsupport@blizzard.com and see if they can think of anything that may help (there is no automated response for this address - it may take 3-4 business days before you get a response).
