Hey I have a problem. I have got a connection on 25mbit upload/download, my computer is brandnew and so is my friends. The router is linksys modelnr: WRT54GR ver. 1.1 . So there shouldn't be any problem there. I don't lagg at all normally, but i get these huge spikes like every fifth minute on like 2-3 seconds. I dunno why i get these, its both Customgame and Ladder. When I play the other blizz games i get no spikes at all neither Diablo or WOW. When my friend is here with his laptop (which is brandnew) he also gets these huge spikes.

No no =) It's my warcraft that lags. I don't really think uninstalling WoW will help :/

WoW can mess with your warcraft mpq files, if you delete the the files with .mpq extension in your warcraft folder then log on battle.net to re-update it might work.

Ok so the files i need to delete in my Warcraft III folder are:
war3.mpq
War3Patch.mpq
War3x.mpq
War3xlocal.mpq

And my warcraft will still be able to run without reinstalling? Will Warcraft just recover / download the files when i log on BNet after?

Ok I've deleted the files now.
When i try to run my warcraft a message pops up:
Warcraft III was unable to initialize.

I press "Ok" and then it asks me to put in the WC3 cd in the cd-rom. I put the cd in and press "retry" and then warcraft kinda freezes. There is only a "Launching Warcraft III" on the "windows-line" (where the "Start" button is) but when i press it nothing happens.

Make sure you have wireless security on and no one is stealing your internet, you could be lagging because you neighbor is D/L Kiddy porn, do you by chance live next door to slith?

Well my neighbor is on vacation and i'm the one "taking care" of his house and I'm not seeing any computer downloading anything :/ I could add a security code to my router but honestly i don't think it would work :/ You see the lags comes like every 4-5th minute and are lasting 2-3 secs. I am never having spikes that are lasting longer than aprox. a few sec, and they always come every 4-5th minute, never after 1 or even 9 minutes, always about 4-5min. And as i said before when i'm playing any other game (even blizz's) i don't have any internet problems. When my mate were here he was having theese spikes too, and even if i played a Ladder game and he played a Dota on Custom game we had the same spikes at the same time :/
