i remember reading once, that ur WC3 xp starts to decay at lvl 9, if u dont play regular. afaik min games per week = INT of ur lvl / 3.

but does it start at lvl9 or is lvl9 the last one w/o decay?

in other words, what is the highest lvl i can get w/o the decay to set in? is it lvl8 or lvl9?
