Nah, its been out for awhile. However, features like exBML haven't been restored until recently. Even then, exBML is only in the beta builds.

It's both, with Greasemonkey not being officially supported yet (no pref UI for Greasemonkey version: you have to go through the code to enable things). BNSQ beta 3-5 users can see it here:

Actually, the original was only a Firefox extension. You must be thinking of the Blizzard Forums Killfile.
