Range 2 Smite in PvP is awful. Any decent WW barbarian will crush you. Heck, most Werewolves will beat you if you're using a phase blade.

40/15 in your shield? Why? You already have max frame smite even without Fanaticism - waste of increased attack speed. Is the 40% enhanced damage really worth it? Probably not in most cases. There are much better jewels that could going into your equipment.

Highlord's Wrath for an amulet? I mean, come on. You're better off dumping that for Mara's Kaliedoscope. And then if you still think you absolutely need max frame smite without Fanaticism, stick a 15% resistances/15% increased attack speed jewel in your shield. But there is absolutely NO reason to use Highlord's Wrath and a 40/15 in your shield.

War Traveler for boots? What is this - some kind of magic find smiter? I'll take Waterwalks over War Traveler any day.

You have no form of Cannot be Frozen, so any cold damage will pretty much render you useless in PvP.

You spent way too many points in Holy Freeze for merely "flash freezing" players. You definitely don't need a level 32 Holy Freeze to slow other melee characters down, and on top of that, you didn't even take Salvation? Or Vigor? Even Cleansing would have been better to take than maxing Holy Freeze, you could have at least reduced curse duration with it. :(

Oh, and just so you know, 45 life is the most life grand charms can have - not 40.

Well, this is definitely not the perfect smiter build and I didn't name everything that probably should be changed.
