Tolkien wrote several languages for the lore of Middle Earth, including 3 elvish, a dwarfish, a "common tongue," and few phrases of orcish.

But the reason his languages rock is because Tolkien was a linguist who actually knew what he was doing when he wrote them. When untrained folks create languages, they end up being artarded like Klingon.
