and well if the item can't be added, then I would have to go with making ubber trist available in single player offline, as some are unfortunate enough to be online at all times while playing(yes I'm referring to dial up players)

That has to be the worst idea ever. If they were to implement such a sword, I would quit right away. A weapon that deals 50,000 BASE DAMAGE??? Add that to any stupid melee skill's multiplier, and there you go, you're able to kill Hell Baal in a matter of milliseconds... What's the point of playing the darn game at that point?

I hope they never consider that idea.
If you can't learn to do something well, learn to enjoy doing it poorly.
