Q u o t e:
[Copied and pasted from http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=18358906643&sid=3000 in the interest of maintaining less redundant threads]

my top suggestion in terms of balance is as follows:

Druid needs tweaking

Summoning Skills:
-Raven should be affected by some sort of damage synergy, like +50% damage from grizzly or +30% damage from grizzly, dire wolf, or spirit wolf, something like that. This would make raven a useful skill for other than simply blinding enemies, offer a viable option for specialization, and also make the druid less reliant on a single grizzly (or 3 direwolves, if you prefer) for power. Maybe even give the ravens life as a trade-off for this, but the goal is to give the druid a larger number of useful summonings out at once
-Spirit of barbs is currently completely useless, as it is hugely less effective than the paladin's thorns aura and, unlike the aura, can be killed. Either make thorns much less powerful (which i don't recommend because that would screw up a lot of paladin strategy) or simply make spirit of barbs as effective or more effective than thorns. after all, it's a level 30 skill; it should be powerful! At least it should be a third strategical option besides heart of wolverine and oak sage
-Solar creeper should just give you more mana than it currently does. or have it receive bonuses from carrion vine and restore health as well. right now its an ineffective level 24 skill; a thing with a lot of life that doesnt do anything

Shapeshifting Skills:
-I dont see any problems here...someone else help me out, but shapeshifting skills seem to be the druids one competent skill tree

Elemental Skills:
-Add substantially to power of the skills here! Elemental druid is not even considered an option at this point, since he is useless in hell mode and much weaker than any sorceress (or even amazon, in terms of amount of elemental damage he can put out)
-Skills that deal physical damage, especially twister and tornado, become useless in Hell mode since monsters have 50% damage resistance. Either almost double this damage, or make it magical damage instead. Or just have tornado and twister do cold damage and molten boulder and volcano do all fire damage. something!
-Third main point is accuracy of the stronger skills. Volcano is completely underpowered, but another reason it is ignored is because it does not reliably hit enemies. This is even more true for armaggedon, which would be a very useful skill IF IT HIT THINGS. Just have armageddon affect the entire area around the druid; it can be strong, its the only skill in the game that requires a point in every other skill in its tree. I personally have some trouble even getting tornado to hit things; it can meander, but it should always hit the enemy you click on to cast it.

That is all. I love the druid in theory, but as of right now not in practice. He's just not as strong as other characters, the way I see it.
All of you experts out there feel free to correct/insult/argue with me. Peace

demon9675, the only thing they really need to change is fury attack
i'd like blizzard to fix druids' attack. when a shifter attacks, his/her attack can be inturrupted. it's the WORST when you use fury. sometimes the attack will pause due to an enemy hitting you.

My main priority: Make Fury un-interruptable
