My diablo 2 account Kush- USEast Is active and I forgot the password after not playing for a while. I was told that the account had not been registered to an email but I have proof that it was. I hear that passwords can not be viewed or altered but if you can view the registered email then surely you can modify it.

The registered email was never changed and it can't be set to null so PLEASE tell me how it "lost" my email?
