I'm not seeing any restrictions on your IP address on USEast and I do see you logged in ok on an account with the same name over on USWest.
The simplest thing to try which will probably resolve it is to change your IP address. I've dealt with this symptom before and working with our network guys, we were never able to locate any restrictions coming from us but having the user change the IP address got them in ok. It could also be a DNS issue in which case flushing your DNS may help. This article outlines how to do that.
