The IP address listed was recently used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement - http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml. The most common causes for this are: connecting to Battle.net with an invalid CD-Key, spamming the chat channels, use of flood or load bots, harassing another user, and/or the use of a third party program(s).

The IP address has warranted a lengthy restriction and will not be able to access Battle.net (USEast and USWest) for another 2 weeks.
