I'm sorry, but you'll need to wait it out. Someone using the same IP address you're posting from broke the rules in some way. For a restriction of that length, it's nearly always for trying to connect to Battle.net from a computer that used an invalid cd-key to install the game. We've no way though to see the specific cause.
