The IP address you're posting from was recently used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement - http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml. The most common cause for this is connecting to Battle.net with an invalid CD-Key from that IP address.

The IP address has warranted a lengthy restriction and will not be able to access Battle.net for another 7 days.
