When he says "The community team can get them too", It sounded like they can get reported too for posting bad language, (in the once a century time it happens, if even that often).
But if we cant report them, and moderators reporting them seems pretty strange when they can just ban, then who can report the community team too?

The moderation team specifically handles moderating. The Community Team does a bunch of stuff, but can moderate as well.
