Q u o t e:
Account Eligibility. You may establish an Account only if you are a "natural person" and an adult in your country of residence. Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, partnerships and other legal or business entities may not establish an Account. Individuals prohibited by Blizzard from using the Service may not create or use an Account, and doing so and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. By accepting this Agreement, you hereby represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
I do not know what a "natural person" is or if i am one...

does that mean that any person that was conceived through in vitro would not be a "natural person"?
does that mean that any person using a prostetic is not considered a "natural person"?
does that mean that any person wearing clothes not a "natural person" ? (thinking about "naturists" as people closest to "nature", they should be the most "natural" ones, no?)

dodgy therms in EULA is just as bad as agressive DRM, it makes sure that they can terminate the "ownership" of their product legally while the people who hack their product just skip past the restrictions and get all the good stuff...

so, what is a "natural person"?
