Well we are renting out a room to a guy, he share the same internet as us but he doesn't play Warcraft TFT.
But he plays World of Warcraft, Can he have done anything on WoW that banns the IP from Warcraft?

EDIT: I am unsure, is using autorefresh breaking the rules?
EDIT: Doese Autorefresh count as an Repeated use of third-party programs??
