Well, if it plays up on the menus, that blows that idea out the window.
Next up, I looked over your advanced settings for Warcraft. Your settings shouldn't cause any issues whatsoever. Have you tried with defaults? From the list you've posted, the ones that are not default are these ones (try these)
Antialiasing parameters
-None
-Controlled by application -2x
-2xQ
-4x
-8xS
The main ones here are anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering - these can be quite taxing on hardware. When this is controlled by the application, it will be off (Warcraft doesn't support it).
Also, can you test this in fullscreen if you haven't already? Also, try both OpenGL and Direct3D (normal) mode as described here (like you did with -swtnl already)

If that doesn't help, I can see you are running fairly new drivers. Have your tried it the other way and tried previous drivers? The newer drivers generally only add support for newer cards (and can break things like screenshots in Warcraft). I have never experienced issues with version 93.71 on any card that I used it on. Your card is also supported in this release. You can find it here

Lastly, lucytr should've been referred to as a she =)
