I got the same problem as Spiffyclip. After downloading the patch war3 won't patch it, i tried to manually start BNupade and it didn't work either. Then i downloaded the 122a-123a patch.exe from blizzards ftp server and started it with the same results. BNUpdate starts (at least the task manager says so) but nothing happens after several seconds the BNUpade entry disappears from the task manager.
