when I fixed my hosting I found it helpful to use a website that could scan the port I was forwarding, so when I got it right and it still didn't work, I knew it wasn't about ports anymore.

you should only need to forward 1 port - whatever you use for hosting games. make sure your computer uses the ip you're forwarding to and your game is using the appropriate port. the third line looks okay to me, but since my router only asked for the internal ip I'm forwarding to, I don't understand what the external settings do. they might ruin it. dunno.
