I've found an interesting thread on the internet, I've got similar problem to person who wrote it, however, I never used to download any third party stuff. Take a look:

"It's not one of those questions 'how to host?'. I was trying to host a game, but nobody have been joining it. I've heard about opening and closing slots as a part of refreshing process, that didn't worked tho. I downloaded some sort of autorefreshing software, still nobody joining. I asked few friends to have a look if a game is actually appearing on custom game list, some of them spent minutes refreshing it with no real effects. Just to clarify, I can host, people can join my games, they just don't seem to appear on custom game list, and yes, games are definitely public. Is it like bots are refreshing lot faster and simply drop manually custom games down the list? Or perhaps I need to download something else to enhance my hosting process?"

So, how to actually host?
