I don't know what you all are expecting from a Warcraft 4.
Warcraft 3 has everything one could want from an RTS. LAN, custom maps, and a reasonable balance now. It can only get worse.
Let's make a quick brainstorm what Warcraft 4 would have. Some new fancy graphics, 4-5 races, some unit cameos, a wooden storyline as usual, no LAN, balance problems which draw over years, the same marketing strategy like we see in SCII and D3, meaning paid microtransactions (for whatever content they can up with a RTS), region lock, and no chat channels in the first year of the game and other bnet 2.0 "features".
Yes, all that is and ever shall be is in that box. And the box itself is probably worth something too.
