IF you have 1 orb on a KoTG and 1 on a DH both effects will work. Im not sure how it works if you have multiple orbs on the same hero. I would guess that all the effects would stack. However, orb effects wont work with things like searing arrow or Dark arrow.


Someone correct me if im wrong.
