How about I ask where you get your ENTITLEMENT from my friend. You are on US West, this is a US East server issue, not west. I own Diablo 3 Collectors Edition and I've been waiting since launch for them to fix the servers so myself and hundreds of thousands of others can play as well.
This thread was made on the new hardware that was updated for this gateway, US East. A massive amount of disconnection issues have been happening and this thread was made for asking why and for others to make comments on their difficulties as well.
Let's break this down. Prior to this new hardware transfer, the servers were running perfectly. Then we had a 24 hour server maintenance for Diablo 2 Battlenet Gateway :US East. (not US West). Then after the servers went back up, there was a large amount of disconnections through out the last couple of days. I've suffered from them as well.

Really now? So if a game is not functioning like it should we are suppose to be okay with it? Everything is one in the universe, no problem at all? We are suppose to me happy and joyous that we cannot play properly? Because we become irritated, angry, or disappointed because the supposed 'upgrade' had more bugs then the previous version does NOT mean we are not against the game. If so, no one would have posted. What we want is for the issues to be resolved.
Honestly I find it an insult that you claim we are not as you put it 'True Diablo Players' because we are disappointed with the faulty upgrade. HELLO!!!! Of course we are going to be disappointed and upset, who wouldn't be? It's a natural human reaction you ignoramus. I got an idea, let's take all the hardcore MLG players who are die hard with games like Halo or Call of Duty. What if an update came along and made server issues faulty, or the game didn't play properly? If the MLG's get upset, are they not true players of these games? What about the developers of the games that come out. What if someone comes along and makes a bot and messes up the entire coding sequence they spent months developing. What if they get upset and disappointed that someone ruined their work? Are they not 'True developers'? No.
Long and short, you are nothing more then an arrogant, immature, ignorant child who thinks they are all that and a bag of chips. Life does not revolve around you, stop acting like it does. You cannot claim someone is not a true player because they are disappointed or upset with the faulty new upgrade. Just to prove your arrogance ""Jay Wilson, Greatest Diablo Player Think about it. Who else can say they actually killed Diablo?" Really, this is a joke that needs no further explanation.
Here are some simple steps you can take friend to make some life altering choices.

Simple and easy. Nothing wrong with playing games and being on a system. Not saying that at all, but when you come onto a forum thread or a chat room and say that everyone else is so much lower in life then you are because something went wrong and we make comments about it, does not make you a respectable person. Practically everyone who has read your post disagrees with your statement. I've been playing Diablo since 1996. I have followed Blizzard and the Diablo series since its first game launch. I've beaten Diablo 1 on Playstation and PC multiple times. I've played through Diablo 2 and the expansion that I've had one of each characters at least, and multiple others complete Hell difficulty both in single player and Battle Net without cheats or hacks. So if I am not a 'real diablo player' then by all means stand by your words. All it does is continue to prove my point on how much of an ignoramus you truly are.
