Nice counter attempt.

They have Stealth (Tal Eth) that increases cast speed and run/walk, but no armor runeword that increases all of the other speeds. Consider it a melee-esque version of Skin of the Vipermagi: trading off 1 skill, additional resistances, a bit of FCR, and magic damage reduction for other speeds and physical damage reduction.

Besides, is it really THAT much better than, say, Treachery? And do all runewords have to have a max of 7 properties? No.

may be hard to read but its a tabbed tex

battle.net standards is 7 max properties so even if u did mod in more then 7 it would only work for single player

also i have seen low level duelers at level 31 so your wrong about it being 29-30

its now 29-31

its still fair for dueling but its just 1 extra skill and 5 extra stats over lvl 30 2 and 10 for 29
