Pestilence is cute but wouldn't be used by any one trying to be competitive. Only really useful on novelty builds. Although it would be nice if it was 3 runes so assassins could put it in claws for venom based builds.


there is one its called Venom but its not all they good in fact its mainly ignored as a runeword all together
i also lowered the chances down on Blood so now its mainly a merc runeword and the reason why i chose 4 sockets on Pestilence is so u can use it to your advantage on monsters mainly and the assassin could just use fury blade
