once the diablo 3 servers go live there well be a massive ladder reset for most of blizzards games

Starcraft 1
Starcraft 2
warcraft 2
warcraft 3

and all of there expansions well also get a ladder reset at the same time

once this occures there well be regular resets every six months

once ladder reset has begun all ladder characters well be converted to non ladder and well no longer have access to ladder only content such as ladder only runewords and ladder only unique's you well have to make a new ladder character for ladder only content


my guess is the servers well be down for 6 to 8 hours along with a world of warcraft update landing on a tuesday
