Your wall of text still does not mean anything. I can send blizzard a video of someone using mods like flash, ATP and spamming the game with 10 lines of text after they kill someone and they do nothing about it. You start banning a few of these mod users, people will stop using them. But you have to stay on top of it and not let it get out of control like it is now.
