1. Wrong forum. If you want Blizzard to do anything regarding connections go to Tech Support.
2. If you got hit a by a temp ban all you can do is wait it out. Blizzard won't lift or remove a temp ban for any reason.
3. Teach your brother what do's and don't's are on b.net. If he won't listen restrict his access to your system.
