The only other type of restriction is the temporary one that lasts up to 12 hours, but since this is your first time logging back into the game in a while, it's doubtful. If you make a new topic over in the Tech forums, a blue (probably MartyT) will tell you exactly how long is left on your ban. The system is automatic, if you are IP banned, then you (or someone sharing your IP) did SOMETHING to cause it.[/quote]
