Since you can only not connect to one realm, it's most likely an IP ban, but let's find out for sure:

Download the Diagnostic Tool created by Win32, below:
(http://www.Lordaeron.org/BnetDiagTool.zip).

Extract the files and then execute the program inside.

type this:
"connect useast.battle.net" without the quotation marks.

Now, post the contents of Log.txt in a reply to this thread so it can be reviewed.
