Q u o t e:

I'm sorry that you feel that your right to live spam-free is being violated in D2.

Welcome to 2011, I hope you don't have a mailbox or a cellphone or the internet or a television or you're in for a rude spam-full awakening.

Learn to read, mr "I support spam bots and item selling sites". I don't receive spam over D2, I wrote a script to block the pages and pages of spam messages in public D2 realm games. I have a mailbox and a cellphone, no spam there either thanks.

Internet and Television advertising is completely different. The advertisers are paying for their ad-space, it is controlled, legitimate, and does not necessarily degrade the service they are advertising over.

Diablo II spam is a different story. They don't pay anyone for anything. They STEAL cdkeys and accounts from players and use their accounts to actively harass the player base, indiscriminately joining/rejoining every public game and spamming entire screens of text which makes the game unplayable for anyone without an 'n' key. They get their STOLEN CDKeys / Accounts banned, so the actual user is even more hosed.

But that's OK, you can keep arguing in the defense of these people. I just have no respect for you or your life, and wish cancer on you. Good day.
