Q u o t e: What about the amazon's javelins, barb and druid helms? One has +1-3 to an entire skill tab built in, and the others get +1-3 to 0-3 skills, just like the necromancer's heads. Granted, the only half way decent helm runeword is Delirium.
So they only get two completely beneficial mod sets? You might as well say that necromancers aren't allowed Spirit in their class specific items because they're not blizz's beloved paladin. Necromancer heads spawn with either poison damage or random skills. It takes a long damn time to find a barely usable necro head, which has to have two sockets to be even that.
Even if they spawned with four sockets, the odds of finding a head that could overpower the necromancer is a long shot. Consider:
Zero to four sockets?
Ethereal or non ethereal?
Does the head have + poison damage or skills?
Which one of the necromancer's 30 skills does it add to?
How much does it add to that skill?
Does it just add to more than one skill? Two? Three? If so, which skills.
There is nothing to suggest that there are going to be thousands of necros with the same +3 bone spear, +3 bone spirit, +3 revive, shield.
Like I always say, the paladin is the most loved by blizzard. Every other character gets the shaft.
