blizzard has more bots playing their game than actually players.

follow these steps:
1. uninstall diablo 2
2. don't play for a week
3. ????
4. You have successfully moved on

I !**! you not. blizzard doesn't 'own' the game anymore - but rather, by bots.
join me and quit. Blizzard won't care until no one plays their games.
