Neither is PDF, really, unless you want to endlessly page through references when you want to either make a runeword in the best possible item or determine if a socketed item you found is going to be of any potential use. If you check out the app linked above, you'll see that it not only "lists" the runewords, but lets you:

1. Select the runes you have in order to see what runewords you can make with them
2. Browse each rune to see all the runewords can be made from each
3. Browse socketed items in which runewords can be made to see what ones do apply

Also included in the new version are base item stats for the potential items, and future updates will show the bonuses as applied in either normal or ethereal items.

It's malware-free, the personal tool of a loner geek's pet project, released for no purpose other than its usefulness.
