I installed Gul, Ohm, Vex, and Lo into a four socket Protector shield, and it failed.
I'm on US West with a ladder Paladin.
I'm certain I installed them correctly, I'm sure I didn't get a Lo mixed with an Io, it's in a paladin shield.

What did I do wrong? I'd be happy to show it to you, if you'd like.
