Edit: I am a broken man, posting before you. Thinking I would finish my Chaos run, I painstakingly cleared the rest of the seals. After wasting another 15 minutes killing off Lord De Seis and The Infector of Souls (who happened to be surrounded by Oblivion Knight Champions that are immune to Blizzard) I discovered that killing the Clone does NOT count as killing The Grand Vizier of Chaos, who the Clone replaced. Hence, I do not get to see what treasure Diablo was going to drop for me, as it is now impossible to spawn him. I am going to go find alcohol. That is all.
