Actually this would matter since you can't pick up anni if you are already carrying one :-)

I wouldn't ask for help from a complete stranger anyways, that's why I make sure I have a few active trustworthy friends to ask help from, just incase this situation arose. I mean, you kinda ignored one of the most important rules of bnet: DO NOT TRUST STRANGERS. Not to say that the guy who took the anni isn't any less of an a-hole, but you gotta take losses like this with a grain of salt.
