I honestly think there isn't a lot Blizzard can do. You can have people complaining about temp bans, have them complaining about bots or have a mix of the two like how it is right now. You want to ban bots, but you don't want to ban real people who show botlike behavior.

If the Battle.net/D2 infrastructure would actually give an easy way to ban bots, I'm sure this would have been done already unless Blizzard has a stake in the bots. Either way, the outcome is the same.
