This might be noobish of me, but CE is kind of like a farming skill. It's useful, but in the end , the damage increase doesn't mean a whole lot. I try to build for boss fights and as far as I can tell CE is not going to help you at all then.

So, I wonder if the CE buff is more for show? I mean, all you do is super click it and clear out a room. I don't think it's going to throw off the balance...
