Sorry for bumping an old topic, but the same thing has happened to me. I stopped playing for about 4 years and about 8 months ago I bought another D2 LOD bundle pack. 4 years ago when I played I did have map hack but played under a different CD key. I bought the d2 LOD pack again because I couldnt find my CD keys. Made a new account and am muted instantly. I just joined this site and am still trying to find where I need to go in order to get this situation fixed, but in the meantime maybe someone can reply here with a solution that works. I have read a few different topics on various websites with the same situtation as me, but no answer to the problem. Thanks!
