Hi
Look at the synergies of bone spirit and bone spear - both have the same. you could easily spend your 110 points in bonespells alone, if you wanted do do much damage...
if you want to use bone spells, dont use iron maiden - use dim vision, confuse and/or decrepify. 1 point in decrepify for bosses and 10-20 points in dim vision, for example.
To a boner, the golem isnt that great, too, you just dont need him. you can keep the mobs away from you with bonewalls(skills there enhance your bonespirit damage) in singleplay and you got a party to protect you in multiplay. If you want a golem put one point in every golem ability except fire(would be a waste for a tank golem) and carry two weaponsets - one with staff and shield that give bonusskills to golem abilities, just for the purpose of recasting your golem; one with +skills to bone spirit or bone spear.
If you want a strong golem i would suggest to go for a summoner build - dont use any bonespell at all (except for corpse explosion, put a few points there), skill skeletons and skeletonmastery to 20 each, 1 point in every summoner ability available, 10-20 points in dim vision, 1 point in amplify damage for the monsters ur skeletons and golem are actually attacking, 1 point in decrepify for act bosses and whatever you got left into golem abilities...
all in all, golems are just not very good damage dealers. you could put 100 skillpoints in there only to realize that 40 skillpoints into melee skeletons would have been much better. golems can do one thing good, that is tanking - and 10-12 skeletons (which is no problem to get) could do that job better too. Golems are nice onepointwonders to have, one point in everything and a golem-summoning-equipment in your second weaponslot and you are fine.
