a couple of years back, Blizzard apparantly sent some "men-in-black" around to visit Mousepad, a well known writer of maphacks, and handed him an injunction to Cease And Desist.
i just don't understand why Blizzard doesn't send those same men-in-black around to Paul Taulborg's (njaguar from jsp) house and do something similar.
for christs sake: JSP stands for Java Script Parser and forms the base of many, many, many other hax (the FarCast hack for one won't work without it iirc). njaguar has made himself a fortune (literally) by selling his JSP and his Forum Gold.

Yes fg can be used at the beginning of ladder to trade for items that people FIND
someone has to find them though.......
the whole point of a new ladder is to level the playing field so that EVERYONE starts equally: eg with NOTHING.
being able to use your F@g Gold wealth to outfit yourself in a new ladder is just plain cheating.
you can essentially buy all the 'best' gear without needing to go out and find any trade goods yourself.
if anything, FG completely ruins ladder play for those who choose not to further enrich Taulborg.
