Q u o t e: The +1 to Teleport on Enigma is too important for PvP balance. Ditching that is a fundamentally poor idea, IMO. Giving some kind of nerf to Enigma's Teleport that doesn't affect Sorceresses doesn't help, either. Nerfing Teleport is a great idea, but barring that, here's a thought:
Enigma does not need to also be one of the best armor in the game on top of Teleport. Lose the Strength, the +2 to All Skills, the MF. Make it just have +1 to Teleport, and the normal effects of Jah, Ith, and Ber in an armor.
Then give it a level 95 requirement to use. PvPers will usually get that high, but it'll stop Enigma from destroying PvM play as it does (well, there's still the Sorceress... really Teleport should be nerfed, but whatever). Might make things harder on bots, too, which would be lovely.
Sorcs teleport . . . learn to play your other class choices.
