One thing I would like to see changed on it is a set strength bonus like 20 similar to the CoH instead of the BS strength bonus based on character level that can reach higher than 60.

Really I don't think Enigma would be all that bad if the strength bonus was reduced quite a bit and all the dupes weren't flowing through B.Net in such large numbers.

Agreed. Teleport is what makes Enigma, Enigma.
