Im level 75 currently fighting in Act 2 hell sanctuary. I get swarmed by a pack of mobs because my whirlwind cant kill them fast enough. Died twice and forced to save and exit.
Meanwhile my friend who plays a frenzy barb has no trouble tearing things up killing things five times as faster as me.
Why does a skill which I spent 20 points in only give me like 300+ more damage overall? Plus some more attack rating big deal. I should be getting anywhere between 500-1000+ damage and a whole bunch of other huge bonuses.
Frankly the Barbarian is probably the weakest character along with the Necromancer. I sincerely hope you are listening Blizzard and do something meaningful for my class. I am so gear dependent as a Whirlwind barb it's not even funny.
When the game stops being fun like right now you have a serious problem on your hands. Please do something and help me compete with the killing speed of the rest of the classes. I'm tired of slicing at a pack of mobs for 5 minutes with my shield up because my whirlwind skill is so nerfed.
It would require 2 uber weapons for my whirlwind skill to be able to compete at this level. Don't get me wrong I have a unique weapon the Doombringer which is pretty good. I can solo all of nightmare and do just fine in Act 1.
However the point is every other class does better than me, why? Why does the Barbarian keep suffering this harsh fate of being a gimp.
