  • 0. Class action lawsuit?   02/26/2009 09:25:49 AM PST
I agree with Valenoffw in his post regarding blizzard. It would seem that a possiable class action lawsuit
could be filed. There are enough Players of diablo 2 LOD whom feel the same way. The obvious is very clear to all who play on any server. BOt's , and spam of the bot's is an on going wreckless abuse of the TOS and EULA. However , there has not been any known or otherwise obvious attempt to rectify the problem with thoes thing in particular. As for selling items online. I can remember when EBAY was asked to remove all items and stores linked to the sell of blizzard digital items. Stores which I will not list have been selling items before and after this action. Could and should it be proven that blizzard is linked to the sale of these items and is making ANY profit, It could end very bad for blizzard. The bad press alone would be enough to drop a few points off the stock index. Maybe discovery request could be filed in accord with state law requesting information that proves it's EULA and TOS are being defended within all means possiable. I would be willing to bet that no actions are being taken aganst any of the online stores. Now I have just started Pre-Law school , so im not 100% sure. Blizzards attorney's are surley very very good at defending a billion dollar company. But evidence can and will not be ignored. Now flame away. It's just my thought's. And yes typing on an iPhone is hard and spelling not 100% IM IN CLASS ... lol
