Q u o t e:

An uphill battle, considering most the posters in that thread can't even follow the simple instruction of ONE SUGGESTION.

Mine was for the addition of a D1-like dungeon below Tristram, but I think what I'd like even more would be a way to start Open characters in Hell, say at level 66, with all Norm/NM quests completed, all Stat/Skill points available, and Elite versions of their usual "starter" items (no reqs). Three difficulties gets to be too much after about once per class, and Norm/NM are pointlessly easy/painfully tedious.

Some stipulation such as having to complete Hell with a particular class on HC first could be used, but it's pointless if the settings have to be stored in the registry (and not, say, bncache.dat), so not sure it would work. I may just give hacked charms to new characters to "self-rush" them to Hell/66, but bleh.

Guilty. I put two (take a way max-life-mana constraint on blood curse and item specific skills like a poison aura or fire based blizzard, etc.), a comment on the common what to do with the soh's (all 3 unique charms and the soh into cube to go somewhere new?), and suggest that someone put my 2nd as their first.

I would thoroughly enjoy a D1 dungeon.
I actually still like walking from beginning to end with new character. Then I put on all the gear I have saved for late game. I agree that the option in open would be nice though.
