Could anyone honestly say that Diablo 2 is full of honest people that are always willing to help and not looking to scam and steal? I don't think so. That's not to say there are not honest people on b.net but would you really want to trust that new Ap Nigma or COH that was acquired shortly after a ladder reset to a person you have only met via text on a screen? Also why has the issue of item transfer been addressed and changed in WoW? Because they learned their lesson from Diablo. Will Diablo 3 have an item transfer system to move your gear between your characters? I would put any amount of money on it that they will. That comment bares no weight.
Sigh... here I am getting pushed away again. Making friends isn't solely when you join a game and say to a random player "Hey, help me transfer?". Unless it proves to be hard to make at least one friend and give them some trust and actually play with them it it adds up to be quite rewarding. And if a game is stayed in long enough it is temporarily permanent (meaning it will live longer than usual) and if you can't make your own private game and wait it off, so be it. It works, I've done it, end of statement...
I support Blizzard, but not a 30 day ban. Hooray for fun times on single player. (At least the map stays the same.)
