Has anyone checked whether battle.net is working better as a result of the (presumably) smaller load on the servers? I haven't had time to play much lately, and the lag on USEast never was perpetual even before - just happened during certain periods throughout the day.

I would advise though that the fact that a warning message isn't enforced for a long time does not make it any less valid. If you were using maphacks, loaders or whatever else, you should have realised the risks you were taking by breaking the terms of use.

If you weren't and got banned anyway, then you might still be able to appeal the ban. Either that or open a new account if you didn't really care about the old one.
